Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of VoiceKeep and its AI voice generation capabilities. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
1. Voice Cloning Consent
Custom voice uploads (available on paid tiers) require that you have explicit consent from the person whose voice you are cloning, or that you are cloning your own voice. You must:
- Only upload voice samples of yourself or individuals who have given informed, documented consent
- Be able to provide proof of consent if requested by VoiceKeep
- Not upload voice samples of public figures, celebrities, or any third party without their explicit written consent
Curated voices (pre-loaded in the platform) are provided for personal, non-commercial use only under fair use principles. Commercial use of curated voice output requires a paid tier.
2. Prohibited Uses
You may not use VoiceKeep to:
Impersonation and Fraud
- Impersonate any person with intent to deceive, defraud, or mislead
- Create voice content intended to commit fraud or identity theft
- Generate audio designed to trick individuals into believing they are communicating with someone else
Election Interference
- Create synthetic voice content of political figures to mislead voters
- Generate robocalls or automated political messages using cloned voices
- Produce fake endorsements or statements attributed to candidates
Non-Consensual Content
- Generate intimate or sexual audio content using any person's voice without their explicit consent
- Create audio that places any person in a degrading or humiliating context without consent
Harassment and Threats
- Harass, bully, stalk, or intimidate any individual
- Make threats of violence or harm using generated voices
- Create audio intended to cause emotional distress to specific individuals
Content Involving Minors
- Generate any harmful content involving or targeting minors
- Clone the voice of a minor without verified parental consent
Intellectual Property Infringement
- Reproduce copyrighted audio performances, audiobooks, or voice acting without authorization
- Create derivative works that infringe on existing intellectual property rights
Hate Speech and Incitement
- Generate content that promotes hatred or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
- Create content that incites violence or illegal activity
Scams and Deception
- Conduct voice phishing (vishing) or social engineering attacks
- Create fake customer service or support audio
- Generate misleading news reports or emergency broadcasts
3. Disclosure Requirements
When sharing AI-generated voice content publicly or with third parties, you must:
- Clearly label the content as AI-generated or synthetic speech
- Not present AI-generated audio as authentic recordings of real individuals
- Comply with any applicable local, state, or national laws regarding disclosure of synthetic media
4. Enforcement
We reserve the right to review generated content and take action against policy violations. Consequences may include:
- Warning: First-time or minor violations may receive a warning
- Suspension: Repeated or serious violations will result in temporary account suspension
- Termination: Severe violations (fraud, impersonation, CSAM, threats) will result in immediate and permanent account termination
- Legal action: Criminal misuse may be reported to law enforcement
5. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any misuse of VoiceKeep or violations of this policy, please report it to:

Include as much detail as possible, including the nature of the violation and any relevant evidence. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy as our service evolves and as AI voice technology standards develop. Material changes will be communicated to users through the Service or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
